（1）在 setting.py 中设置
DEBUG = False
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['*']
STATIC_URL = '/static/'
STATIC_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR,'static')
（2）执行命令
python manage.py collectstatic
