解决VSCode sftp插件访问FileZilla Server速度慢
ftp处于被动模式时要在ftp服务端调整FileZilla Server Options，
在Passive mode settings选项卡中调整IPv4 specific。
设置成你的服务器外网ip地址
Use the following IP xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx
保存成功后重启vscode，链接速度起飞，无需设置connectTimeout
