idea安装后的通用设置（持续更新！！！！）
1.更改新项目的maven位置，避免每次都在C盘
进入idea，点击左上方File→New Project Setup→Settings for new Project，进入Buid,Execution,Deployment下的maven进行配置。
2.更改idea编码
进入idea,点击左上方File→Settings，点击左侧editor→File Encodings，在左侧设置编码即可。
