方法一：
直接下载描述文件：

方法二：
- 打开浏览器登录 beta.apple.com 官网加入 Apple Beta 版软件计划；
- 网页中下拉找到 注册 按钮，使用自己的 Apple 账号注册；
- 弹出的网页中，同意 Apple Beta 版软件计划协议；
- 返回手机点击「通用」>「软件更新」>「Beta 版更新」，就可以看到最新的测试版系统；
降级回iOS 17：
- 在电脑上下载最新的iOS 17 IPSW固件文件。网址：https://ipsw.me/
- 将iPhone连接到电脑，打开iTunes（Windows）或访达（Mac）。
- 按住Option键（Mac）或Shift键（Windows），同时点击”检查更新”。
- 选择你下载的iOS 17 IPSW文件。
