今天在运行项目的时候，出现了Error:Connection timed out: connect. If you are behind an HTTP proxy, please configure the proxy这个问题，经过不断的尝试，后来又出现了Connect to maven.google.com:443 [maven.google.com] failed: Connection timed out: connect这个错误，因此在这里记录一下
第一步
打开项目根目录下的build.gradle，修改
buildscript {
repositories {
jcenter()
maven {
url 'https://maven.google.com/' ---------修改为 url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/google'
name 'Google'
}
}
.......
}
第二步
allprojects {
repositories {
jcenter()
maven {
url ‘https://maven.google.com/’ -----修改为 url ‘https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/jcenter’
name ‘Google’
}
}
